Our Approach:
Incorporated in 2009 by brothers, Bob & Ron Whitener, The Whitener Group is a team of professionals dedicated to the advancement and sustainability of Indian Tribes. Bob & Ron have both had distinguished careers in government, business and education. In 2017, TWG welcomed Jennifer Whitener Ulrich as an owner in the firm. Jennifer has been with TWG since its inception and continues to be an integral part of our growing team.
We believe that sharing knowledge among tribes is one of the most important ways for the advancement of Indian Country. Our team wants to share our experience with tribes as well as bring together other great minds to advance our common goals. We seek to do this through individual contracts with Tribes, tribally owned businesses, tribal organizations and non-profits.
We feel we can also facilitate continued advancement in Indian Country through creating unique and productive seminars, events and trainings that are industry and tribal specific.
The Whitener Group also believes that assisting those corporations and organizations that want to work with tribes will help advance tribal objectives. Traditional organizations that have never worked in Indian Country sometimes need assistance navigating the legal and cultural frameworks of tribal communities.
